Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Craftykin Cabin, we want every crafter to have the best possible experience in our classes. Because our workshops require preparation, materials, and reserved spaces, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable.

  • To cancel, please email us at thecraftykincabin@gmail.com with your booking details.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if:

    • A class is cancelled by The Craftykin Cabin.

    • A cancellation is made within the timeframe outlined above.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Please note: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Rescheduling

  • If you can no longer attend your booked class, you may reschedule into another available session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling after this period may incur a no option to reschedule.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Class fees are non-refundable for no-shows.

  • Special events, private bookings, or customized workshops may have separate cancellation terms, which will be outlined at the time of booking.
